We build new homes, renovate existing ones and put up pole sheds across Methven and Mid Canterbury. Every job gets the same licensed builder on site, whether it’s an architectural home or replacement windows in a 1960s house.
We build architectural and custom homes from foundations to handover. We work from your architect’s or designer’s plans, price the job clearly, and keep you involved in decisions as they come up on site.
We renovate older Canterbury homes properly. That includes replacing joinery, adding rooms, opening up kitchens and recladding tired exteriors. We match original details where they matter and update the rest.
We handle the whole shed build: site pad, poles, framing and cladding, plus roller doors, PA doors and lean-tos where needed. Every shed is built for Canterbury wind and snow and sized for how you’ll use it.
